ZY5050 is made of selected basalt as the main raw material. The final fiber is made by going through high temperature melting at 2000ºCthen centrifugal molding, then slag removal and surface treatment process. The material has stable physical and chemical properties in all aspects that meet the European environmental protection and safety standards and ANSI standards. The material is easy to be dispersed, antistatic with stable friction performance, especially in the high-temperature range. Due to special treatment, our fiber contains no dust which provides the best working conditions for laborers. It can be used in various brake pad formulations.This product is produced by our own company with all domestic raw materials.
